How we handle your data

What we read

The work signals you already generate — nothing new to log:

• Work items — pull requests, tickets, and deals — and their status changes over time.
• Timestamps and activity history on those items (opened, reviewed, reopened, closed).
• AI usage and billing, so we can tie AI spend to the work it touched.

What we never read

The content inside your work stays yours. We never read:

• The body of your documents, code, or messages.
• Personal files, private channels, or anything outside the connected work tools.

Access model

You stay in control of the connection:

• Read-only OAuth — we never write to your systems.
• Scoped tokens limited to the work items and activity we need.
• Revoke access at any time, from your own tools or from us.

Individual data

• Everything is reported at the team level. No individual scoreboards, and teams are never ranked against each other.

Retention & deletion

You stay in control of the data we hold.

• Revoke access at any time — that immediately stops any further reads.
• Ask us to delete the data we hold by emailing hello@aireturn.io. Full retention details are available on request.
